seattle trip!
Once again there has been about a week delay in when I returned from my trip, and when the pictures are going up online. I have an excuse. Search and Rescue. Last Tuesday after returning quite sleep deprived from Seattle there was a call to retrieve a woman who injured her ankle, then a few other smaller calls, followed by a training from Thursday night to Sunday evening to recertify as a swift water rescue technician. Just a couple few things.
However, I digress. The trip to Mount Rainier and Seattle for Joshie's wedding was fabulous. I really do love Mt. Rainier. I have to apologize that the pictures may seem redundant. But how do you cut out pictures of a most beautiful mountain or the wildflowers that grace its flanks? How? Some of the wildflowers lack names, not that they don't have names (this is so Ali doesn't e-mail me her idea of how to name them), but because I don't know their names. In this case, Meg you are to e-mail me what they are. Especially the purple flower that looks a bit like fireweed, Meg you'll know the one I'm talking about.
